Vitamin C Buffered Powder (8.5 oz)

• Alkalizing Formula: Mineral carbonate buffering neutralizes acidity — reduces esophageal and gastric irritation at the gram-level doses used therapeutically.
• Vitamin C Flush Protocol: Specifically designed for bowel tolerance titration to identify individual oxidative demand and achieve saturation dosing.
• Immune Crisis Support: High-dose vitamin C has documented antiviral, antibacterial, and immune-activating effects at doses above 4g/day.
• Electrolyte Co-Benefits: Calcium, magnesium, and potassium delivery alongside vitamin C supports adrenal and cardiovascular health simultaneously.

Q: How is this different from the other Buffered Vitamin C Powder products?
A: This formula is optimized for the vitamin C flush protocol with a slightly higher alkalizing mineral ratio, creating maximum pH elevation for comfortable high-volume dosing. Different buffered vitamin C powders may use different buffering agent ratios — your practitioner can guide you to the formulation best suited to your protocol.

Q: Is the Vitamin C flush safe?
A: The bowel tolerance protocol is considered safe for most adults when performed under practitioner supervision. Contraindicated in individuals with G6PD deficiency, kidney stones (calcium oxalate type), or severe kidney impairment. Always consult your healthcare provider.

Q: Why do some people tolerate much higher doses than others?
A: Individual bowel tolerance varies enormously — from 4g to 200g+ in severely ill individuals. Dr. Cathcart documented that people with acute infections, cancer, or heavy toxic burden had dramatically elevated tolerance, reflecting their greater oxidative demand. This variability is the diagnostic power of the flush test.
